I. Normal notary fees in BGLV

1. For the completion of:

a) notarial acts for correction of notarial deeds, for completing acts for cancellation of testaments, for making conclusion reports, for accepting and keeping handwritten testaments, documents and papers without any material interest 15
b) Conclusion notarial acts for properties of agricultural land and forestry 10
c) Conclusion notarial acts for correction of notarial deeds,
under 1b) 10
d) Contracts of voluntary division of agricultural land and forestry 10

N.B.
The fee under 1b) is paid by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry only in cases when the designs of notarial acts are completed by the land committee.
In cases when notarial activities under articles 5 and 34a, paragraph 1 of the Law for Ownership and Use of Agricultural Land are done by the judge responsible for entering, the fees under 1 b), c) and d) are not taken.

2. For announcing and returning back handwritten testaments as well as returning back to owners documents and papers given for preservation 6

N.B. The fee under article 2 for announcing a handwritten testament, which has not been kept at the notary’s office, is added to the fee under article 1.

3. For notarial invitation marked on the copies that are to be handed in while other copies are treated as transcripts 6

4. For verifying the content and dating of private documents without any material interest

a) for the first page 3

And the other copies are taken as transcripts.

5. For verifying the date and signatures of private documents without any material interest:

a) for the first signature 3
b) for each of the next signatures 1

N.B. The fee under article 5 is taken only once along with the simultaneous verifying of the date and the signatures, otherwise is taken separately.

6. For verifying the transcripts and abstracts of documents and papers:

a) for the first page 2

7. For making inquiries under notarial books and registers:

a) for oral inquiry for finished activity or verifying under the name of one

II. Notarial fees according to the certified material interest

8. The notarial deeds excluding the fees under article 1 are taken as follows:

9. For completion of a notary testament when publishing a transcript of a handwritten testament, for completion of a will, for completion of a protest, for keeping documents and papers of a particular material interest, for verifying the content of private documents with a particular material interest, 50% of the fee under 8 is collected

10. For verifying the date and signatures on contracts of a particular material interest 30% of the fee under 8 is collected

11. For completion of a detailed verification, as well as for verifying the date and signatures on contracts for transferring a property over vehicles the fee under 8 is collected

12. for property management – as a percent of the gross monthly income from the property for the period of the service - for every month – 20%, starting at 20BGLV

III. Notary fees according to the time committed in BGLV

14. For verbal legal advice or consulting 3

15. For Written legal advice or consulting and for mediating the clarification of the parties’ wills 6

IV. Notary fees for completion and revision of documents

17. For creation of a design of a notarial act for a correction of a notarial act, act for cancellation of a will, conclusive report, handwritten testament and a request-declaration for a detailed revision the fee under 1 is collected

18. For creation of a design for a notarial invitation the fee under 3 is collected

19. For creation of a design of a document without a particular material interest the fee under 4 is collected

20. For creation of:

a) a design for a notarial act different from the ones described in one, the fee under 8 is collected
b) a design for a notarial will and a design for a contract of a particular material interest the fee under 9 is collected
